VaporWorx has the answer with this simple, compact part that converts the M10 x 1mm oring sensor thread to 1/8″-NPT male.

Made from brass with the properly sized fluorosilicone o-ring installed, this adapter simply screws into the GM fuel pressure sensor exactly like the OEM intended. It is used with the new LT1, LT4, LT5, and other GM crate engines that are supplied with their own fuel computer / FPPM that includes the required GM fuel pressure sensor.
